Welcome to Excursion Planners! By using our website, booking services, or purchasing travel packages, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Definitions
- “Company” refers to Excursion Planners, its employees, affiliates, and agents.
- “Client” refers to any individual or organization using the Company’s services.
- “Services” refer to the travel-related services offered by the Company, including but not limited to excursions, day trips, travel packages, and custom itineraries.
Scope of Services
- We act as an intermediary between you and service providers such as hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies.
- Our services include organizing excursions & Tours, booking accommodations, transportation, and providing travel-related advice.
- We do not own or operate any of the travel services provided by third parties and are not responsible for their actions or omissions.
Booking and Payment
- Booking Process
- Bookings must be made via our website, email, or phone.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving full payment or a deposit, as specified during the booking process.
2. Payment Terms
- A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid directly to your guide at the pick-up.
- Payment methods include [credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.].
Cancellations and Refunds
1. Cancellations by the Client
- For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the tour’s start date.
2. Cancellations by the Company
- We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient participants, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
- In such cases, we will offer:
- A full refund, or
- An alternative trip of equal or greater value (if acceptable to the Client).
Changes to Bookings
- We will make all possible arrangements for your booking with no additional charges but not guarantee.
- Any changes to confirmed bookings (e.g., date changes, itinerary adjustments) may incur an administrative fee.
- Changes are subject to availability and the policies of the third-party service providers involved.
Travel Documents
- The Client is responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits.
- Excursion Planners is not liable for any disruptions caused by insufficient or invalid documentation.
Health and Safety
- It is the Client’s responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or other special requirements at the time of booking.
- Some excursions may involve physical activities or risks (e.g., hiking, etc). Clients participate at their own risk.
- Clients are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events.
- Please note that we assume no responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, illness, damage, death or loss incurred during your trip.
Privacy Policy
- We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Amendments
- Excursion Planners reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
